Our classes are very user-friendly for both the first time fitness participant and the well-conditioned athlete. The average class size is about 10 people of all shapes and sizes, and over 70% of our clientele are female, so there is no feeling of intimidation by our students. We all go through the same tough workout and are helpful rather than judgmental of each other. We keep the classes fun and interesting with the use of heavybags, kickshields, and focus pads, along with calisthenics, plyometrics, isometrics, and partner conditioning. Our students also enjoy thumping on the bags at the end of the day as a stress reliever or to get ready for the day in our AM classes. It's hard to stay frustrated when you've just pounded on a big, inanimate object.
The V Body program is designed to be fun, challenging, and safe. We don't require that you wear a uniform, and all the equipment that is needed will be provided for you. Strength training is a great supplement to your cardiovascular conditioning, so we make sure we give you every way possible to get in the best shape of your life.
